In addition to effectively managing projects, Matt Bruno, a Senior Project Manager at Peak Environmental, A Nova Group, GBC Company (Peak) has been diligently working toward professional credentials to the benefit of Peak and our customers. Matt passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam administered by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). Based on this result and his professional experience, the NJ State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors also issued his Engineer in Training (EIT) license. He has followed this up passing NJ Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRP) Exam administered by the Site Remediation Program Licensing Board (SRPLB). We congratulate Matt for these exceptional accomplishments and welcome him as the eighth LSRP on the Peak New Jersey staff!

Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). In addition, he is certified as a NJ Radon Mitigation Specialist to support our vapor intrusion projects.  At Peak, Matt manages engineering projects for the remediation of soil, vapor, and groundwater using appropriate remedial options. In addition, his site characterization skills allow him to efficiently obtain data to support the remedial alternative selection process when active remediation is necessary. Matt will be working on Peak and Nova projects to support our customers and his future Professional Engineer (PE) license application.
