NJDEP has issued a Compliance Advisory to remind the regulated community that release incidents must still be reported to NJDEP pursuant to current statutes and regulations. NJDEP issued this reminder amid the current COVID-19 emergency to ensure that complete information is shared to improve coordinated government response to the current emergency.
