Managing Principal

Mr. Campbell has been working in the Environmental Industry since 1988 with experience in site characterization, contaminant investigation, and remediation under state and federal regulations. He is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional in New Jersey, and holds Professional Geologist (PG) licenses in New York and Washington. He holds a seat on the Board of Directors of the Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast (BCONE). He has managed environmental projects for a variety of clients, including developers, petroleum companies, manufacturers, insurance companies, financial institutions, responsible party groups, and retail companies. He has experience working on Brownfields, Superfund, landfill, dry cleaner, terminals, pipelines, refineries, and other projects. He has extensive technical and managerial experience, and directs administrative, financial, technical and regulatory aspects of projects.

Mr. Campbell effectively interprets, communicates and applies environmental regulations to projects administered by a variety of regulatory agencies. He develops complete project scopes, and implements efficient schedules. He is experienced in budget projection and management, regulatory interaction, client contact, subcontractor management, waste management and project management. He has extensive experience in performing air, water and soil sampling, and interpreting results. He routinely oversees remedial engineering tasks, including feasibility testing of conventional and innovative remedial technologies and subsequent design and installation of treatment systems.

Mr. Campbell has managed remediation projects under state level regulations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Washington, DC. Through this experience he has also gained working knowledge of waste management rules including TSCA and RCRA, when applicable. In New Jersey, Mr. Campbell has conducted numerous projects under the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) Rules, Underground Storage Tank (UST) Rules, and the former Voluntary Cleanup Program. This experience has resulted in detailed knowledge of Technical Requirements for Site Remediation, Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites, Remediation Standards, and the Ground Water Quality Standards.
