Michael Klaser of Peak Environmental, A Nova Group GBC Company, has been appointed by Governor Phil Murphy, under Administrative Order No. 2025-05, to the State Well Drillers and Pump Installers Examining and Advisory Board, effective as of March 18, 2025. The Board is crucial for regulating well drillers and pump installers in New Jersey, ensuring compliance with environmental and public health standards.
As a volunteer, Michael will assist the Board with reviewing and modifying licensing examinations, certifying applicants and exam results, suggesting new rules, and advising the Department of Environmental Protection on enforcement and complaints.
We are confident that Michael’s background in geology and environmental remediation experience will be an asset to the Board as they continue to protect New Jersey’s critical water resources.
