Rob Edgar accepts Peak’s Leadership award from NJBIZ.
Peak Environmental, A Nova Group, GBC Company (Peak) has been named a Leader in Real Estate Construction and Design by NJBIZ at their 2024 awards event. The award was based primarily on Peak’s participation in the redevelopment of an underutilized property in Montvale into a 250,000 square foot commercial marketplace known as The Shoppes at DePiero Farm. The new development is creating more than 400 local jobs, and providing area residents and professionals a place to gather, shop, and dine. The forward thinking developer included a vegetative roof that provides insulation, reduces storm water runoff, and creates a habitat for wildlife. The developer also included electric vehicle charging stations, bike paths, and Dark-Sky lighting. Peak appreciates this recognition and thanks NJBIZ for this award.
